The Millenium Tree planting that was in Derby Market Place during the summer of 2022 has now been relocated to Alvaston Park. We are exceptionally pleased to be the recipient of this mini forest and hope that the trees will settle in well and make a splendid statement in the park.
The trees and shrubs were planted in autumn 2022 and they are located near to the tennis courts. A big thank you to all those who helped with the planting and to Derby City Council who arranged for the trees to come to our park.
